To become a ProFM security officer, applicants must first obtain an SIA license, which proves that all the necessary training has been completed. Then, applicants can view and apply to any of our vacancies under the ‘Careers’ section on our website.
SIA stands for Security Industry Authority, which was founded in 2003 and is responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK. It issues SIA licenses to guards once they pass the required training and meet certain conditions.
