MPS are a leading international film services company, providing solutions at all stages of theatrical film delivery, from post-production and mastering to a host of additional services. These include secure electronic distribution, KDM delivery, live event management, creative services and specialist technical consultancy. MPS offers distributors, exhibitors and industry partners, alongside a culture of innovation, unparalleled expertise and fast turnaround times.
The client didn’t feel that they were getting the best service they could from their current security provider. With previous events not going to plan, and disruptions and inconsistencies across the service they were paying for, their faith in the manned guarding industry was at an all-time low.
The primary reasons behind this were twofold – not only had they experienced a high turnover of staff, they received a fundamental lack of support their previous security provider’s management team. This meant ongoing issues were not resolved, with the result being that their staff just didn’t feel safe.
As part of our solution, we provided a regular core team of security officers responsible for ensuring excellent on-site security. In addition to a comprehensive range of security services, these officers were also responsible for dealing with a range of additional tasks, inclusive of receiving early morning deliveries and making sure they were stored securely, and supporting the business when they have ad-hoc functions at their offices.
The team successfully integrated with existing workforce and are supported by regular site visits, ongoing training and monthly SLA reviews with the client.
After an expert team was selected for MPS, feedback has continued to improve during monthly SLA meetings – and the MPS team are very happy with their current security solution. The officers on site have proven themselves to be incredibly flexible and are continually adapting themselves to the client’s requirement on site.
